Now that myQ links with IFTTT, you can make your garage the command center of your smart home so all your devices interact seamlessly. It's easy to create personalized Applets (chains of simple conditions) that are tailored to your life.

Connect to IFTTT

Once connected, use your IFTTT app to select an existing myQ Applet, or customize one of your own to trigger other smart home devices based on your garage door's activity.

 

  • "When I leave my house, close my garage door."
  • "Close the garage every night at 8PM."
  • "When I leave/arrive through the garage, turn off/on my thermostat."

Link your myQ account to IFTTT today

  • In the myQ App menu, click Partners and select IFTTT
  • Open the partner app, search for myQ and choose to connect
