The Smart Garage Camera is a Wi-Fi® camera that connects to your home Wi-Fi network. It lets you see and hear what is happening in your garage, from anywhere in the world, using your smartphone. The camera is optimized for garage conditions. It is designed for a broad temperature range, comes with Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) for high contrast scenes and features a magnetic base so it easily attaches to the metal cover of any myQ® connected of garage door opener.
Do I need a bridge or hub to use the myQ Smart Garage Camera?
No. The Smart Garage Camera connects directly to your home Wi-Fi network. It can then be accessed using the myQ App.
How does the myQ Smart Garage Camera work with Amazon Prime in-garage delivery?
You receive an alert from the myQ App when your garage door is being opened by an Amazon delivery person. You can also see that your delivery was secure and successful using the Smart Garage Camera.
Can I use the Smart Garage Camera without in-garage delivery?
Yes. You can view free live video anytime from the Smart Garage Camera to see that your family members have returned home safely.

How do I install the Smart Garage Camera?
The Smart Garage Camera has a magnetic base w/ adhesive disk accessory, so it easily attaches to the cover of any myQ connected garage door opener. You will need a strong Wi-Fi signal in your garage to connect the Smart Garage Camera to myQ via your home Wi-Fi network.
Where can I get additional support for myQ Smart Garage Camera?
1 Face Detection is supported in the US and CA, excluding the state of Illinois for all devices. It is also excluded in Texas & Washington for all LiftMaster or Chamberlain Garage Door Openers with integrated camera and the myQ Smart Garage Camera (models myQ-SGC1WLM & myQ-SGC1WCH with serial number beginning TC-0001).
